Chef Arman is a wonderful chef, he helped make our anniversary dinner special and delicious! I requested a Japanese inspired menu and Arman surprised us with beautifully prepared sushi and shashimi. The ramen had an amazing broth and the chicken was delicious and our creme brulee was made excellent. In addition to being a great chef, he is also very kind. Thank you Arman!

Arman arrived on time and brought with him all the necessary ingredients. He was very professional in his preparation and described to us all the steps. He also demonstrated to us preparation that were outside the program. He served us at the table and cleaned up the kitchen before he left. I would highly recommend Arman as a personal chef.

Un retard nous a vraiment fait peur car nous avons cru avoir été arnaqué sur internet. Mais, une fois arrivée le chef était top ! Alors que tout était excellent! - j'insiste- excellent! Nous vous suggérons tout de même de faire de bons accords sur les quantités à servir car les plats étaient excessivement copieux ce qui nuit un peu à l'élégance et à la fluidité du service. Quelques convives ont fait l'impasse sur le plat et le dessert faute à voir trop mangé avant. Avec chef Arman vous ne sortez pas de table avec la faim au ventre! Je conseille absolument!

My family had the pleasure of working with Chef Arman for a Christmas Day dinner on our Colmar vacation. Chef Arman worked with us closely in advance of the event to design the perfect menu. He was so accommodating both to our tastes and food allergies. He was communicative, creative, flexible, kind, and most importantly: so incredibly talented in the kitchen!!!! Each dish he served was beautifully presented, delicious, and felt tailored to our family due to all of his pre work. We were in an apartment, with a toddler running around, and he managed to be both personable and professional, bringing everything he needed, interacting with our little one, and sharing a coffee and a friendly chat with us afterwards. Not only will we forever be comparing every coq au vin to his- We feel so grateful he chose to spend his Christmas helping us have an extra special day. We highly recommend Chef Arman, and look forward to working with him again someday.

Chef Arman ist ein Genie am Herd. Erstmal ist er auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Essen war absolut fantastisch. Wir sind aus dem Staunen garnicht mehr herausgekommen. Jeder Gang hat den vorherigen nochmals getoppt. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommen und die Küche sah nachher besser als als vorher. Absolutes 5* Erlebnis.
